Can't wait to start work on the soundtrack! Love jazz improvisation and composition! Favorite tracks from Sam & Max Hit the Road are: Dino Bungee, Savage Jungle Inn, Highway Surfing, and the Main Theme!
When I start composing tracks, the .mp3 or .wav files will be pretty large (because I'm working with samples). They'll be too large to email back and forth. Instead, I usually use Dropbox (www.dropbox.com), an FTP, to store music files. It would just require a username (an email address) and a password that everyone can remember (like samandmax or telltale might be good passwords).

I am still here, I've been reading the board- pretty busy at college. Also, composing for another game, and a documentary. What FTP do you want to use for storing music files? I know the game is still in early stages. I usually use www.dropbox.com. In terms of themes: level themes, character themes, title theme, etc. I have a jazz piece on my website called "Wamego" on the music page or photos page: samanthafoster.yolasite.com that I'm performing at school with my jazz band. Overall, are you guys aiming for a more Jared-Emerson Johnson feel or the soundtrack of the classic Sam & Max Hit the Road?

I don't know about remixing. I'm pretty good at just composing something, matching the style- to keep some originality. I've listened to a ton of Sam & Max Hit the Road. I love doing blues/blues improv. I could start working on something similar to the opening theme by Jared Emerson-Johnson.

oh I'm sorry I didn't mean remixing, but just making it on piano, for example www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9tvfNblw7kI really like this theme they made, that I think it will fit the office or the streets, if you like it, maybe you can do a piano version of it making it better and longer and more sam & max style, what do you think?http://

That might work for the road map or something, but I don't know about the office.
